Full face cage or shield

Hockey gloves
Hockey pants
Shin guards
Hockey socks
Practice jersey (light & dark if available)
Stick(s) – bring a backup if you have one
Neck guard
Off-Ice Training Gear
Professional off-ice means moving, sweating, and working.
Athletic sneakers (no Crocs, no slides—actual shoes)
Athletic shorts or leggings
T-shirt or workout top
Water bottle (clearly labeled)
Small towel
Personal Items
Keep players comfortable and focused.
Labeled gear bag
Extra base layer / dry shirt
Hair ties / headband
Light snack (check arena rules)
Any required medications (instructor informed if needed)
Optional but Smart
