Built for Girls. Built for Growth.
EDGE Girls Development Program is built for young female athletes ready for more than a once-a-week skate. We focus on skating, skills, hockey IQ, and confidence in a fun, supportive, girls-only environment.
Our Mission.
At EDGE GDP, we exist to empower young female athletes by giving them a place where they feel supported, challenged, and proud of their progress. Hockey is our tool — confidence, leadership, and personal growth are the real outcomes. We focus on fundamentals, teamwork, discipline, and energy, all delivered in a fun, positive, girls-only environment.
Our mission is to help girls find their stride, believe in their abilities, and take the ice with the kind of confidence that carries far beyond the rink.
What We Believe In.
Development happens through consistency, not once-a-week ice time
Girls thrive in positive, supportive, girl-centered environments
Small groups mean more reps, more coaching, and better results
Skill work must be fun, challenging, and confidence-building
Mistakes are part of learning, not something to fear
Every player deserves to be seen, encouraged, and pushed
Leadership, sportsmanship, and self-belief are just as important as skating and puck skills
Hockey should be fun, not stressful — especially at this age
